Dr. Julie Mancera Loftin, DMD
Dental Executive Director
Florida Department of Health in St. Lucie County
From an early age, Dr. Mancera Loftin knew she wanted to become a dentist. Since middle school, she has been passionate about public health dentistry and dedicated to improving access to quality oral healthcare.
Dr. Mancera Loftin earned her undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University before attending the University of Florida’s College of Dentistry. After graduating, she began her career working in a mobile dental unit that traveled throughout Collier County. Following the birth of her son, she and her husband decided to return to Florida’s East Coast to be closer to their extended family.
Dr. Mancera Loftin began her career primarily treating adult patients but has since found her passion in pediatric dentistry. She enjoys watching her young patients grow over the years and takes pride in helping them develop lifelong healthy oral hygiene habits that will benefit them for years to come.
Dr. Singh
Dr. Singh was born and raised In India. After finishing dental school and his residency, Dr. Singh immigrated to the U.S in 1980.
In 1984, he started working at a dental practice in Okeechobee, Florida. Dr. Singh had his own private practice in Okeechobee from 1987-2014.
In 2014, Dr. Singh began working for the Florida Department Health, covering offices in Vero Beach and in Port St. Lucie.
Dr. Colleen Vo, DDS
Dr. Vo has more than 29 years of experience and recently moved to South Florida with her husband. Before relocating, Dr. Vo. lived in Southern California where she practiced general dentistry and shared her expertise in all phases of dentistry.
Dr. Vo listens to her patient’s concerns and always treats their teeth like her own. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese and enjoys reading, swimming, cooking, and traveling.
Dr. Vo received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California.
