Ryan White Part B is a federally funded program designed to provide the planning, development and delivery of outpatient medical care, home health care and other support services to individuals and families with infected and affected by HIV. Services include: outpatient medical care, case management, dental care, medications, mental health services, substance abuse counseling, direct emergency assistance, food, transportation and other support services.
