The program is delegated from South Florida Water management to be responsible for permitting ALL wells in this county. The Health Department permits, inspects, and investigates complaints regarding proper construction and abandonments of water wells as detailed in Chapter 62-532, Florida Administrative Code and Chapter 40E-3, Water Wells.
