Healthy St. Lucie
Healthy St. Lucie is a community‑led coalition of 36 partner organizations working together to improve health and well‑being across St. Lucie County. The coalition leads the full Community Health Assessment and Improvement Plan process, ensuring that local voices guide every step.
Our work focuses on three shared priority areas: chronic diseases and conditions, mental and behavioral health, and health literacy.
