Health Advisory Lifted for Bacterial Levels: North Fork of the St. Lucie River

Florida Department of Health in St. Lucie County has lifted the swimming advisory for the following river locations:

  • River Park Marina-North Fork of the St. Lucie River
  • Veterans Park-North Fork of the St. Lucie River
  • Westmoreland Canoe Launch

The sample results are in the acceptable range for enteric bacteria.

Samples were collected Tuesday December 26, 2017 and are in the acceptable range for enteric bacteria. Next sampling is scheduled for Monday January 8, 2018.
