COVID-19 Important Information

COVID-19 Information:
  • Please be assured that more COVID-19 events are being planned and you will have an opportunity to register as we move through those on the list.

  • Under the Governor’s Executive Order, only those who are 65 or over or who are medical providers with direct patient contact can be vaccinated. Only Hospital providers are able to vaccinate persons who they deem to be extremely vulnerable to COVID-19, regardless of age.

  • The State Surgeon General issued a public health advisory stating that in order to receive a COVID 19 vaccine in Florida, you must have a Florida Driver’s License, State ID or two other forms of residency documentation. Those without this documentation will be turned away.

  • If you have received any vaccine in the past two weeks prior to your COVID vaccine appointment, you will not be eligible to receive your COVID vaccine. You must wait at least 14 days in between vaccines.
