On Saturday, Jan. 9, Florida Department of Health in St. Lucie County is partnering with St. Lucie County Public Safety, St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office and St. Lucie Fire District to hold a vaccination clinic for healthcare personnel with direct patient contact at the St. Lucie County Fairgrounds, located at 15601 Midway Road in Fort Pierce from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. or if vaccine runs out. You must have a valid government issued ID, proof of employment as a healthcare professional (e.g. ID Badge) and a mask.

Due to the limited supply of vaccine, this event is for healthcare personnel only. Residents interested in receiving the vaccine should contact their primary care physician.

Residents are encouraged to register with Alert St. Lucie (www.stlucieco.gov/alert) if they wish to receive updates on when additional vaccines will be available.
